Mini Mall Storage Properties is seeking a Site Manager (Self Storage) to blend customer service, sales, and property operations at our Marietta location. You will help tenants find the right storage solutions while keeping the site safe, clean, and welcoming.

You’ll manage leasing, rent collection, unit inventory, pricing, and payments, and coordinate repairs. If you excel at multi-tasking, leading a team, and delivering outstanding experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Experience managing a day-to-day team activities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently with multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage daily property operations, including leasing, rent collection, tenant records, unit inventory, pricing, and payment processing.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, coordinate repairs, and ensure site safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop local marketing initiatives to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy.
• Partner with the Regional Operations Manager on budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Support hiring, scheduling, UKG timekeeping, overtime management, and employee training and development, including serving as a trainer for property staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
