Job summary

Mini Mall Storage Properties is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage) to blend customer service, sales, and property operations at our Atlanta-area locations. You’ll help customers select the right storage solutions while keeping our facilities clean, safe, and welcoming.

The role emphasizes converting leads to rentals through consultative selling, accurate documentation, and routine facility upkeep. A background check is required and a strong work ethic is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and customer documentation accurately.
• Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
• Ensure the facility meets cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards.
• Process payments and complete daily business reconciliation.
• Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.
• Safely lift, carry, and transport materials, equipment, and other items weighing up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis.
