Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations of self-storage facilities, handle rentals, and manage storefront services. You will drive customer interactions, partner with teams, and uphold safety and maintenance standards.

You will lead occupancy efforts, upsell merchandise and insurance, and orchestrate daily admin tasks. The role emphasizes service, sales, and operational excellence across locations with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with P&L exposure.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be technically savvy with the ability to learn new applications and POS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Outlook is required.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs daily.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation; travel flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer interactions in person and by phone to meet tenants' needs.
• Generate sales and maintain high occupancy through advertising and customer relations.
• Manage daily operations including collections, deposits, and customer calls.
• Show and rent units by understanding tenant needs and offering best storage solutions.
• Actively sell merchandise, upsell insurance, schedule moving trucks, and cross-sell facilities.
• Assist with auction preparations and tenant communications with compassion.
• Maintain curb appeal: clean, safe, and secure facilities; perform minor maintenance.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
