Job summary

Prime Storage Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for one of its self-storage facilities in Massachusetts. In this on-site role, you will rent units, handle inquiries, process payments, and maintain excellent customer relations to drive occupancy and revenue.

You will inspect the property, coordinate basic maintenance, and support daily operations while delivering friendly, professional service. A High School diploma and 1–2 years in a fast-paced customer-facing role are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be technically savvy with the ability to learn new applications and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Rent out self-storage units and related products.
• Convert inquiries into rentals via phone and walk-ins.
• Maintain accounts receivable and process payments.
• Deliver daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
