Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at Prime Storage Group for our self-storage facilities. You will rent units, manage customer interactions, and handle basic maintenance duties on-site, while driving sales and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be technically savvy with the ability to learn new applications and Point of Sale systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Outlook is required.
• Must be physically able to perform routine maintenance duties daily and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Availability for travel and flexibility to work at various locations.

Responsibilities

• Rent out self-storage units, parking spaces, and related products.
• Convert telephone and walk-in inquiries into rentals.
• Maintain accounts receivables and process payments.
• Deliver daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Understand and sell property features and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance standards are met.
• Inspect the property and perform lock checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
