Prime Group Holdings, LLC, a leading self-storage operator, invites applications for an Assistant Manager at Prime Storage Group. You will engage customers, rent units and related services, and maintain storefront operations with a focus on sales and service excellence.

The role emphasizes strong customer interactions, accurate cash handling, and adaptability across locations, with opportunities to grow within the company’s storage portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Must be physically able to perform routine maintenance duties and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Rent out self-storage units, parking spaces, and related products.
• Convert telephone and walk-in inquiries into rentals.
• Maintain accounts receivable through collections, posting payments and processing.
• Deliver daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly, enthusiastically and professionally.
• Understand and sell the features and benefits of the property at all opportunities.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure company standards of cleanliness and appearance are met.
• Inspect the property, including performing lock checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
