Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Assistant Manager for Prime Storage Group to be the frontline contact for customers at our self-storage facilities. You will manage rentals, payments, and daily operations with a focus on service.

The role emphasizes customer interactions, upselling, and maintaining property standards. 1-2 years in customer-facing work and a HS diploma are preferred; lifting 50 lbs and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer-facing experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Rent out self-storage units, parking spaces and related products.
• Convert inquiries into rentals via phone and walk-ins.
• Maintain accounts receivable through collections, posting payments and processing.
• Deliver daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly, enthusiastically and professionally.
• Understand and sell the features and benefits of the property.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance standards of the property.
• Inspect the property, including lock checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
