Responsibilities

• Rent out self-storage units, parking spaces and related products.
• Convert inquiries into rentals and manage accounts receivable.
• Deliver daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly and maintain property appearance.
• Inspect the property and perform lock checks.
