Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; you may have prior sales, customer service, or property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow internal sales processes to convert leads into sales and upsell through phone, online, and walk-in channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Facilitate auctions for units with unpaid accounts and delinquency per legal and company guidelines.
• Use market knowledge for pricing strategy development and understanding potential customer demographics.
• Complete rental agreements, protection plans, and apply discounts as applicable.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Ensure daily reconciliations of rent payments, collections, and financial transactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve property operations and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to manage unit inventory and brand standards, including lighting and security cameras.
