Job summary

Mini Mall Storage Properties is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure outstanding service for customers while overseeing the operation and maintenance of storage facilities. The role covers lead management, sales, unit inventory, brand standards, security, delinquency processes, and daily reconciliation.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and strong organizational and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preference for sales, customer service, or property management experience.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with delinquency management, collections, and daily reconciliation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow internal sales processes to convert leads into sales via phone, online, or in person.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Facilitate auction process for unpaid accounts compliant with laws and company policy.
• Perform rental agreements, protection plans, and apply discounts as appropriate.
• Maintain detailed records of sales, customers, and transactions.
