Job summary

Mini Mall Storage Properties is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage) to deliver outstanding service to customers and oversee day-to-day operations at storage facilities across North America. You will manage leads, sales, unit inventory, security, delinquency processes, and daily reconciliations to support a seamless customer experience.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Follow internal sales processes to convert leads into sales across phone, online, and walk-in channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Facilitate auctions for delinquent units in compliance with laws and company guidelines.
• Record sales activities and customer interactions; manage rent payments and financial transactions.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to monitor unit inventory, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards.
