Mini Mall Storage Properties is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage) in Mound, MN. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while managing lead flow, sales, and unit inventory across our self-storage facilities.

You will uphold brand standards, oversee security procedures, delinquency processes, and daily financial reconciliation. We seek individuals with a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills; MS Office proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Meticulous attention to detail in records and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Follow internal sales processes to convert leads through phone, online, and walk-in.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Facilitate the auction process for delinquent units in accordance with guidelines.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and transactions.
• Ensure daily reconciliation of rent payments and financial transactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to manage unit inventory and site standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
