Job summary

Mini Mall Storage is seeking a Customer Service Representative to oversee sales, lead management, and daily operations at our self‑storage facilities. You will handle rentals, manage records, and ensure brand standards while delivering outstanding service to customers in Carroll, OH.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preference for prior sales, customer service, or property management experience.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Attention to detail in unit inventory, brand standards, and security.
• Criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record verification.

Responsibilities

• Follow internal sales processes to convert leads into sales and upsells.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Facilitate auction process for unpaid accounts in accordance with laws.
• Understand local market for pricing strategy.
• Process rental agreements, protection plans, and discounts.
• Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Ensure daily reconciliation of rent payments and financial transactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve property and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to manage unit inventory and security features.
• Other duties as assigned.
