Job summary

Mini Mall Storage Properties is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kentucky. You will manage leads, handle sales, process rental agreements, maintain unit inventory, ensure brand standards, and support security and delinquency processes while delivering outstanding service to customers.

In this role you will follow internal processes, build relationships with customers, resolve inquiries promptly, and help drive sales through various channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail in inventory management and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Follow internal sales processes to convert leads into sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Facilitate auctions for delinquent accounts as needed.
• Maintain rental agreements, discounts, and unit inventory.
• Record sales activities and reconcile daily transactions.
• Support property improvements and sales efficiency.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs of facilities to ensure cleanliness and security.
• Other duties as assigned.
