Job summary

Mini Mall Storage Properties is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage) to blend customer service, sales, and property operations. You will help customers find storage solutions while keeping the facility safe, clean, and welcoming.

The role offers a competitive hourly wage, full-time daytime schedule with no late nights, plus benefits such as health/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, and an employee assistance program. Background check is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and customer documentation accurately.
• Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
• Ensure the facility meets cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards.
• Process payments and complete daily business reconciliation.
• Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.
• Safely lift, carry, and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis.
