Job summary

Mini Mall Storage Properties is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage) to assist customers in person, by phone, and online, and to convert leads into rentals through consultative selling while maintaining a clean, secure facility.

This full-time daytime role carries no Sundays and includes competitive hourly pay, paid time off, health/dental/vision and life insurance, a 401(k) with matching, and a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and customer documentation.
• Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards.
• Process payments and daily reconciliations.
• Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.
• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs occasionally.
