Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in storage, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong use of English in verbal and written communication.
- Provides consistent support to the Store Manager and acts as a backup.
Responsibilities
- Promote unit rentals and moving supplies to surpass sales targets.
- Guide customers through the rental process for smooth transactions.
- Reach out to clients to confirm moving dates and unit readiness.
- Assist with lien/auction paperwork and past-due tenant accounts.
- Conduct daily property inspections for security and upkeep.
- Perform light maintenance and gardening tasks.
- Communicate updates to the Store Manager and Leadership Team.
- Occasionally travel to nearby locations for scheduled shifts.
- Be available for weekend and holiday work as needed.
