Job summary

SecureSpace Management LLC in the United States is seeking an energetic Store Manager for our growing self-storage network. You will drive rental sales, manage operations, ensure security and customer satisfaction across a busy location, and supervise staff.

The role includes overseeing daily operations, coordinating with district managers, scheduling shifts, and maintaining facility standards while promoting online move-ins and using client-facing processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum (1) year of experience in storage, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong use of the English language in verbal and written communication.
• Customer service mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Identifies potential maintenance, safety, and fire issues.
• Willing to travel occasionally to another location for scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales goals by promoting unit rentals, warranties, moving supplies, and securing positive reviews.
• Guide new customers through the rental process for smooth transactions.
• Reach out to potential clients to confirm moving dates and secure units.
• Manage past due tenants and handle lien/auction paperwork efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
• Perform daily property inspections to ensure security, cleanliness, and upkeep; stock supplies and perform light maintenance.
• Perform light gardening and use power tools for property maintenance.
• Communicate results and recommendations to Area/ District Management and Leadership.
