SmartStop Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Miami, FL location. This role involves leasing storage, supervising a team, assisting with maintenance, and maintaining strong tenant relationships. Hours are Monday through Friday with weekend flexibility as needed.

Starting at $19.00/hour plus bonus, the position emphasizes excellent customer service, accurate handling of transactions, and a proactive approach to maintaining a well-run property.

Responsabilités

• Prepare rental agreements for customers.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Clean vacated units and perform general property upkeep.
• Promote and sell self-storage solutions to prospective customers.
• Light maintenance and knowledge of products and services.
• Background check is required.
• Other duties as assigned by the Company.
