SecureSpace Self Storage is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales, manage daily operations, and lead a team at a high-volume location. You will oversee customer service, maintenance, safety, scheduling, and coordination with Area/District managers, with occasional travel to nearby sites.

The role requires a customer-focused mindset, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel. Expect a competitive pay and bonus opportunities; a 5-day week Tuesday–Saturday with flexibility

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in storage, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong English-language communication skills, verbal and written.
• Customer service mindset and client-focused approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to identify maintenance, safety, and fire issues at site.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to another location for scheduled shifts.

Responsabilités

• Exceed sales goals by promoting unit rentals, warranties, moving supplies, and securing positive reviews.
• Guide and assist new customers through the rental process for a smooth transaction.
• Reach out to potential clients to confirm moving dates and secure units.
• Manage past-due tenants and coordinate lien/auction workflow.
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
• Perform daily site inspections to ensure security, cleanliness, and upkeep.
• Perform light gardening and maintenance tasks; use power tools as needed.
• Communicate results and recommendations to Area/ District Managers and Leadership Team.
• Occasional travel to nearby locations for scheduled shifts.
• Maintain a Tuesday–Saturday work week with holiday flexibility.
