Job summary

SecureSpace Management LLC is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and leadership team in a high-traffic self-storage location. You will drive unit rentals, assist customers, and coordinate with the success team to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in storage, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong use of English in verbal and written communication.
• Provides consistent support to the Store Manager and acts as a backup.
• Customer service mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Identifies maintenance, safety, and fire issues.
• Operates roll-up doors and may travel occasionally to other locations.
• Skilled in resolving conflicts and addressing issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in surpassing sales targets and promoting rentals and supplies.
• Guide new customers through the rental process for smooth transactions.
• Reach out to clients to confirm moving dates and ensure units are ready.
• Assist in managing past-due tenant accounts and lien/auction paperwork.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client needs effectively.
• Conduct daily property inspections to maintain security and cleanliness.
