Qualifications

Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field preferred.
5 years of SPW field engineering or related experience required.
OSHA 30‑Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.
ASHE, CHC, or relevant market certification preferred.
OSHA 510/500 or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily SPW site activities and ensure quality control per plans and safety protocols.
Coordinate delivery and allocation of materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain accurate daily logs and progress reports for SPW activities.
Communicate field updates to SPW leadership for timely issue resolution.
Plan and assign SPW crews and develop weekly work plans and schedules.
