Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a SPW team to achieve high performance.
• Oversees end-to-end SPW execution and resolves escalated issues.
• Oversees procurement of SPW materials and subcontractors.
• Communicates SPW status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Manages project costs, forecasts, and financial controls.
