Job summary

DPR Construction seeks a seasoned SPW Superintendent to lead self-perform field operations on complex projects in the Raleigh area. You will plan weekly work, assign crews, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for uninterrupted self-perform execution.

You will monitor daily logs, progress reports, and site inspections, collaborating with SPW leadership and trade partners to meet project milestones and ensure disciplined execution of plans on site.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in SPW field engineering or construction management.
• Experience supervising field crews and coordinating self-perform activities.
• OSHA 30 required; OSHA 30 completed or in progress within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily SPW field activities and ensure quality control per plans.
• Plan and assign SPW crews; develop weekly work plans and schedules.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for self‑perform tasks.
• Maintain accurate logs and progress reports; communicate field concerns.
• Participate in safety meetings and site inspections; support leadership as needed.
