The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 7 years of construction experience, and OSHA 30 certification or enrollment within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7 years in construction engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of SPW project personnel to achieve high performance.
• Oversees end-to-end execution of self-perform work scopes with timely completion.
• Approves procurement of SPW materials, equipment and trade subcontractors as needed.
• Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Evaluates performance and implements corrective actions as needed.
• Manages project costs, forecasting, and financial controls.
