Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned SPW project leader to manage self-perform construction teams and ensure high-quality project delivery. The role emphasizes coordinating SPW workers, subcontractors, and external partners to meet schedules and budgets while upholding standards.

You will monitor progress, address complex issues, and drive performance improvements, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver value and mitigate risks across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of SPW project individuals to achieve exceptional performance and professional growth.
• Oversees end-to-end execution of self-perform work scopes with SPW project teams to ensure timely completion.
• Oversees procurement of SPW-specific materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with SPW work sequences.
• Communicates SPW project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders using advanced SPW means and methods.
• Evaluates SPW project performance and implements corrective actions.
• Reviews SPW project documentation for compliance, reporting, and forecasting to support financial control.
