Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field is required.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.
• OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of SPW project personnel.
• Oversee end-to-end SPW execution, monitor progress, and address escalated issues.
• Oversee procurement of SPW materials, equipment, and specialty trade subcontractors as needed.
• Communicate SPW project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Evaluate SPW project performance and implement corrective actions.
• Review SPW project documentation for compliance, reporting, and cost control.
