Job summary

DPR Construction in Denver, CO seeks an experienced SPW Project Manager to lead self-perform construction activities, coordinate SPW workers, subcontractors, and partners to deliver on time and within quality standards. You will monitor progress, manage budgets and forecasts, and drive continuous improvement while fostering an inclusive, high-performance team.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CM/Engineering/Architecture, 7 years in construction engineering, and OSHA 30 certification; managerial

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field is required.
7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.
OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of SPW project personnel.
Oversee end-to-end SPW execution, monitor progress, and address escalated issues.
Oversee procurement of SPW materials, equipment, and specialty trade subcontractors as needed.
Communicate SPW project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
Evaluate SPW project performance and implement corrective actions.
Review SPW project documentation for compliance, reporting, and cost control.
