DPR Construction is seeking an experienced SPW Construction Manager in New Jersey to lead self-perform teams and deliver high-quality results. You will coordinate SPW workers, subcontractors and partners to meet schedules, costs and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in a related field and 7 years in construction engineering, with 1–2 years in management. OSHA 30 is preferred and should be completed within 6 months of hire.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field.
• 7 years in construction engineering or related field; 1-2 years in a managerial role preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; must complete within 6 months of hire.

• Lead, manage, and develop SPW project teams to achieve high performance.
• Oversee end-to-end self-perform work scopes with SPW teams and subcontractors.
• Approve procurement of SPW materials and equipment to meet schedules.
• Communicate SPW status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Evaluate project performance and implement corrective actions.
• Review SPW project documentation for compliance and cost control.
