Job summary

A Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; must complete within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of SPW project individuals to achieve exceptional performance.
• Oversees end-to-end execution of self-perform work scopes and resolves escalated, complex issues to ensure timely completion.
• Oversees procurement of SPW-specific materials, equipment, and specialty trade subcontractors as needed, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with SPW work sequences and field requirements.
• Communicates SPW project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders, leveraging advanced knowledge in SPW means and methods.
• Evaluates SPW project performance, identifies areas for improvement, and implements corrective actions.
• Reviews comprehensive SPW project documentation for compliance, reporting, and future reference, while actively managing project costs and forecasting to support financial control and informed decision-making.
