Job summary

TSMG is seeking a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and technical readiness of self-driving systems used in autonomous vehicles and robotaxi fleets across North America.

You will work with Senior Technicians, AV Operations Leads, Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, and engineering teams to identify issues, execute troubleshooting procedures, and ensure fleet readiness for safe testing and commercial deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in automotive electronics or robotics.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with vehicle electronics, sensors, or advanced hardware.
• Good communication and ability to follow procedures.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot self-driving system issues affecting fleet readiness.
• Inspect, repair, and validate SDS hardware components.
• Perform software configuration, updates, and validation checks.
• Calibrate sensors and verify system performance.
• Document diagnostics and maintain compliance.
