Job summary

TSMG Holding seeks a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and readiness of autonomous vehicle systems across North America. You’ll work with technicians, operations, and engineering to identify issues, perform structured troubleshooting, and ensure safe, ready-to-deploy robotaxi fleets.

The role emphasizes automotive electronics, embedded systems, sensors, and software procedures, with direct impact on testing, deployment, and fleet uptime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, or complex technical systems.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools, logs, and engineering instructions.
• Ability to follow structured software procedures and workflows.
• High attention to detail and procedural discipline.
• Experience with vehicle electronics or ADAS hardware is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot SDS issues affecting performance and fleet readiness.
• Inspect, repair, replace, and validate SDS hardware on vehicles.
• Perform software updates and configuration changes for autonomous systems.
• Calibrate sensors and validate system performance after maintenance.
• Provide structured technical findings to engineering and operations teams.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
