TSMG Holding seeks a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and readiness of autonomous driving systems across North America. You will work with technicians, engineers, and fleet operations to identify issues, execute troubleshooting, and ensure reliable operation of robotaxi platforms.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, or complex technical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with vehicle electronics, sensors, control systems, or advanced hardware.
- Ability to follow structured software procedures and workflows.
- Proficient with diagnostic tools, logs, documentation, and engineering instructions.
- High attention to detail and procedural discipline.
- Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Diagnostics of self-driving systems and fleet readiness.
- Hardware support for SDS components and calibration.
- Software configuration, updates, and validation checks.
- Sensor calibration and validation activities.
- On-site engineering and operations support and issue escalation.
- Documentation of diagnostics, repairs, software updates, and calibration.
