Job summary

TSMG is seeking a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and technical readiness of self-driving systems in autonomous vehicles and robotaxi fleets across North America.

You will collaborate with technicians, operations leads, safety operators, and engineering teams to identify issues, perform structured troubleshooting, and ensure SDS safety and reliability for testing and deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, or complex technical systems.
• Fluent English and strong troubleshooting/analytical skills are required.
• Ability to work with diagnostic tools, logs, and engineering instructions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot self-driving system issues affecting performance and fleet readiness.
• Inspect, repair, replace, and validate SDS hardware components on autonomous vehicles.
• Perform software updates, configuration changes, and system validation checks for autonomous driving systems.
• Perform calibration and verification activities for autonomous vehicle sensors and SDS components.
• Serve as on-site subject matter expert for SDS-related technical issues.
• Maintain records of diagnostics, repairs, software updates, and calibration activities.
