Job summary

TSMG is seeking a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and readiness of self-driving systems in autonomous vehicles and robotaxi fleets across North America. You will work with Senior Technicians, AV Operations Leads, Safety Operators, and fleet teams to identify issues and ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, technical support, or complex technical systems.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot self-driving system issues affecting vehicle performance and fleet readiness.
Inspect, repair, replace, and validate SDS hardware components installed on autonomous vehicles.
Perform software updates, configuration changes, and system validation checks for autonomous driving systems.
Perform calibration and verification activities for autonomous vehicle sensors and self-driving system components.
Serve as the on-site subject matter expert for SDS-related technical issues.
Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, software updates, hardware changes, and calibration activities.
