Job summary

TSMG is seeking a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and readiness of autonomous vehicle systems across North America. You will work with Senior Technicians, AV Operations Leads, and engineering teams to identify issues and ensure safe testing and deployment of robotaxi fleets.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in automotive electronics, embedded systems, or robotics, with strong troubleshooting skills and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, or complex technical systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot self-driving system issues affecting vehicle performance and fleet readiness.
• Investigate problems related to cameras, LiDAR, radar, GPS/GNSS, compute units, sensors, connectivity modules, wiring, and SDS hardware.
• Perform software updates, configuration changes, and system validation checks for autonomous driving systems.
• Perform calibration and verification activities for autonomous vehicle sensors and self-driving system components.
• Serve as on-site SME for SDS-related technical issues and collaborate with engineering, operations, and depot teams.
