Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Segmentation Analyst to join the Sales Planning and Global Operations team. You will triage inbound tickets, resolve data hygiene issues, and support monthly planning cycles to keep revenue routing accurate.

You’ll collaborate with Field Sales Operations, Territory Managers, Account Managers and other internal teams to uphold sales planning policy and ensure timely, precise ticket handling.

Responsibilities

• Complete customer tickets on time and accurately
• Execute monthly data hygiene activities as assigned on time and accurately
• Own project-based work relating to operational excellence and/or the overall planning process
• Provide operational support to SPC program, policy, and enablement teams
• Effectively engage with other support resources across SMGS Ops and within stakeholder Business Units (BUs) on the timely execution of customer inquiries
