Amazon Web Services, Inc. in New York seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to drive the rhythm of the business for AWSI, delivering cadence, insights, and scalable mechanisms across sales and partner teams.

You will translate data into actionable business recommendations for senior leadership, own dashboards and reporting, and help scale operations while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures or policies.

Responsibilities

• Establish timelines, project plans, and expectations across various stakeholders.
• Streamline reporting and performance updates through regular cadence of communications with sales teams and cross-functional partners.
• Deep dive and analyze key business performance metrics, identify gaps, create mitigation plans, and drive to closure.
• Develop appropriate automation, tools and standard templates for operational cadences that allow operations at scale.
• Highly organized and detail focused, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations.
• Proactively identify and implement operational improvements and enhancements that meet business requirements.
• Maintain single source of truth for key mechanisms, dashboards, and other tools.
