Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Segmentation Analyst within the SMGS Ops SPC team in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on timely resolution of customer tickets, data hygiene across monthly cycles, and supporting sales planning processes to uphold policy and standards.

The analyst will interact with Field Sales Ops, Territory Managers, and Account Managers, driving operational excellence and cross-team collaboration to ensure accurate, timely outcomes in planning and execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Complete customer tickets on time and accurately.
• Execute monthly data hygiene activities as assigned on time and accurately.
• Own project-based work relating to operational excellence and/or the overall planning process.
• Provide operational support to SPC program, policy, and enablement teams.
• Engage with SMGS Ops and stakeholder Business Units on timely execution of inquiries.
