Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Segmentation Analyst in the SMGS Ops SPC team to manage tickets, drive data hygiene tasks, and support the annual and current year sales planning processes. You will collaborate with multiple groups to ensure accurate information and timely action.

The role emphasizes customer-first resolution, policy adherence, and cross-functional coordination to enable effective sales planning and compensation operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Complete customer tickets on time and accurately.
• Execute monthly data hygiene activities as assigned on time and accurately.
• Own project-based work relating to operational excellence and/or the overall planning process.
• Provide operational support to SPC program, policy, and enablement teams.
• Engage with other support resources across SMGS Ops and within stakeholder Business Units on timely execution of customer inquiries.
