Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks an Operations Analyst to manage daily invoicing, purchase orders, and customer support, while analyzing data via dashboards and Salesforce. The role includes data review, funding validations, and implementing process improvements within funding policies.

You will collaborate across teams, mentor colleagues, and ensure funding accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced cloud services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and roles requiring quantitative, analytical skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience with KPIs and SLAs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process daily invoicing requests on behalf of the business, including purchase orders, invoicing, and customer support.
• Retrieve and analyze data using dashboards, Salesforce.com, and other data management/BI systems.
• Review data entry performed by other analysts, provide data management, and perform funding validations.
• Identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations to meet business requirements.
• Represent team in cross-team initiatives which involves supporting requirements gathering phase through project launch.
• Interpret and uphold funding program policies, terms, and conditions in daily operations.
• Perform as a subject matter expert and provide mentoring guidance.
