Amazon Web Services (AWS) Industries is seeking a Sales Operations professional in New York to own the rhythm of the business cadence, surface leadership insights, and establish scalable, repeatable mechanisms. You will partner with sales and cross-functional teams to drive metrics, automate processes, and reduce administrative friction.

The ideal candidate translates data and analysis into actionable business insights, communicates effectively with leaders at all levels, and helps teams operate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Establish timelines, project plans, and expectations across stakeholders.
• Streamline reporting and performance updates with regular cadence of communications and interlocks with sales teams and cross-functional partners.
• Deep dive and analyze key business performance metrics, identify gaps, create mitigation plans, and drive to closure.
• Develop automation, tools and standard templates for scalable operational cadences.
• Maintain single source of truth for key mechanisms, dashboards, and other tools.
• Identify and implement operational improvements and enhancements to meet business requirements.
