Job summary

Stine Seed Company invites applications for an Independent Sales Representative to cover Marshall, Starke, St. Joseph, and Kosciusko counties in North Central Indiana.

You will act as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand, develop agronomic knowledge of our seed products, and drive growth in your territory. You will manage existing accounts, recruit new ones, execute sales programs, and work with the Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver top-tier support.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of agriculture experience (agronomy, crop production or seed sales).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques with ability to overcome obstacles.
• Evidence of dealer development and retention success.
• Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic/technical knowledge of Stine seed products.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine sales programs to meet district goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support.
• Develop and enhance relationships with customers directly or through a designated seller.
