Job summary

Vylor seeks a Production Technician to join our seed production operations at the Plymouth, IN site. You will operate diverse process equipment, follow Quality Plan work instructions, and record data to support continuous improvement while maintaining safety as a core value.

You’ll participate in preventative maintenance, warehousing tasks, and field activities as needed, with overtime during seasonal peaks. This on-site role requires a strong work ethic and commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or able to obtain GED within one year of hire.
• Familiarity with safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime during seasonal peaks.
• Comfortable with technology including computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment following safety policies.
• Record data for quality and production records.
• Support preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift use.
• Participate in safety program and field activities.
