Job summary

Vylor is hiring a Production Technician at its Tipton, IN location. On-site role focusing on safe, efficient seed production using automated systems, quality plans, and data collection. You will support maintenance, warehousing, and field activities while upholding strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment following safety policies.
• Record data for production and quality records.
• Support preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift use.
• Contribute to safety programs and site safety initiatives.
