Job summary

Vylor, Inc. in Plymouth, Indiana is seeking a Production Technician to join our seed production operations on-site at the Corteva location.

You will operate process equipment, follow Quality Plan instructions, and help ensure safe, high-quality production outcomes. Key responsibilities include data collection for continuous improvement, supporting preventative maintenance, and contributing to warehousing, field, and harvest activities while embracing safety and teamwork in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or ability to obtain within one year of hire.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable with technology (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment following safety policies and quality plans.
• Record data for continuous improvement and production records.
• Support preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Lead or support a defined safety program across the site.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift operation.
• Use automation and computer systems (HMI, tablets).
• Assist with field management activities and relationships with growers/contractors.
• Assist with harvest activities including seed sampling and truck unloading.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
