Job summary

Vylor is seeking a Production Technician to support our seed production operations at the Toledo site. You will operate process equipment, follow Quality Plan instructions, collect data, and assist with warehousing and harvest activities, all while upholding safety and quality.

You should have a High School Diploma or GED, be comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office, and be willing to work rotating shifts, including overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Valid US driver’s license for field tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment and follow safety policies.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Plan work instructions.
• Collect and record data for continuous improvement.
• Support preventive maintenance and repair efforts.
• Lead or support site safety programs.
• Assist with warehousing including forklift operation.
• Use automation and computerized systems (HMI, tablets).
• Possibly perform field management activities and coordinate with growers/contractors.
• Assist with harvest activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
