Job summary

Vylor, located in Renwick, Iowa, is seeking a Production Technician to join our on-site seed production team. You will operate process equipment, follow Quality Plans, collect data, and support preventive maintenance while contributing to safety initiatives and warehousing activities.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, willingness to work rotating shifts, and solid computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; GED accepted with ability to obtain within one year.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends during peak seasons.
• Solid computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Run process equipment following safety policies and quality plans.
• Collect data and maintain production records for continuous improvement.
• Support preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Assist with warehousing and forklift operations.
• Contribute to site safety programs and field activities as needed.
• Operate automated systems (HMI, PCs, tablets) to perform tasks.
