Job summary

Vylor, Inc. seeks a Production Technician for our Tipton IN site. You will safely operate process equipment, follow quality plans, and collect data for continuous improvement. You’ll assist with maintenance, warehousing, and safety initiatives to protect people and product quality.

The role requires a High School Diploma/GED and flexibility for rotating shifts, overtime, and weekend work. On-site at Corteva location with strong teamwork and tech comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; ability to obtain GED within one year.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, holidays.
• Comfortable with computers and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment following safety and quality plans.
• Record data for continuous improvement and production records.
• Support preventive maintenance and repair efforts.
• Lead or support safety initiatives across the site.
• Assist with warehousing tasks including forklift use.
• Support field activities and external partner relations.
