Job summary

Vylor in Michigan is seeking a Production Technician to join our seed production operations at the Corteva site. You will operate process equipment, follow Quality Plan instructions, and support data collection for reliable production outcomes.

This hands-on role requires a High School Diploma or GED, willingness to work rotating shifts, and a valid US driver’s license. You will help with warehousing, preventative maintenance, and safety initiatives while upholding our safety standards.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required or able to obtain within one year.
Legally able to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Run diverse process equipment while following safety policies.
Ensure compliance with Quality Plan work instructions.
Collect and record data for continuous improvement and production records.
Support preventative maintenance and other repair work.
Lead or support safety programs to improve site safety.
Assist with warehousing activities including forklift operation.
Operate automation and computerized systems (HMI, computers, tablets).
Potentially perform field management tasks and coordinate with growers/contractors.
Assist with harvest activities and related processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
