Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or ability to obtain GED within one year.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with computers; MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate various process equipment following safety policies and procedures.
• Record data for production and quality records.
• Support preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift operation.
• Contribute to safety program initiatives at the site.
• Participate in harvest and field-related activities as needed.
• Use automation and computerized systems for tasks (HMI, tablets, etc.).
• Assist with field management tasks and external partner coordination.
